There is a variety of delicious local food options available. The location is fantastic, with many eateries nearby. Adjacent to the hotel is an open-door pub.

Honest staff members who manned the reception desk, nicely decorated and brand-new rooms. Nice bed and very convenient facilities. All in all amazing setting close enough to good food outlets, street art, jetty, hawker food stalls, and also shopping mall, and old George Town.

Everything is very convenient, we liked this hotel. The venue has brand-new rooms and very helpful staff who manned the reception desk. Nice touch to have TV set with satellite channels, climate control, and an individual safe. The atmosphere of the property is FAMILY.

Mind-blowing hospitality! Staff were crazy helpful. The environment was super cozy. They even arranged for airport transfer, though chargeable. The driver, Cheah, provided a jaw-dropping service. The ground floor rooms were a lifesaver for my friend with a leg problem. Loved everything about this place! Walking distance to everything except the airport.
